If the stock rises or falls only a little, you may stand to make big profits or lose a lot of money. It's definitely not an investment vehicle for the faint of heart. The key when it comes to investing in penny stocks is to gather as much information as you can and get advice from experts who are experienced in profiting from penny stocks.

Knowing which so-called expert advice to follow is another risky matter. Before taking someone's advice on penny stock hot picks, find out more about them. Do they have a strong history of picking winning stocks? If so, you can be more confident in their advice. You may want to look for information on penny stock trading forums. Obtaining advice from more experienced traders can help a new investor gain wisdom and confidence which is important when trading anything, including penny stocks.
